10085.16 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges.
(a) Effective Term of Schedule.
The schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth the rates, fees
and other charges applicable to the provision of water and related services by
the Buffalo Water Board to all premises, owners, users and other persons, as of
the date set forth therein, and continuing thereafter, until amended.
